Walking the Talk…

The second was finishing my first FULL marathon–that’s 26.2 miles–on May 28, 2006. I ran the Brooklyn Half-Marathon on March 18 and the Long Island Half-Marathon on May 7 as tune-up races. Three years ago, the longest distance I had ever run was THREE miles.

How did I do it? I wrote down my goals and I applied discipline in my life to achieve both of these goals. It wasn’t always easy – but it was easier than you might think — and it was well worth it.

Here’s the proof…

And you can do it, too. You can achieve your goals.
