Once you have a goal you're serious about, you may end up needing to do things you normally wouldn't want to do (and I'm not talking about "illegal" things). However, without tackling these actions, reaching your goal is not likely.
So while I don't like cycling for three hours and forty-two minutes, I like knowing I've put in the work and I'm one step closer to reaching my goal.
What are you avoiding doing that will move you closer to your goal(s)???
