Turning to the right, here's the living room (the sofa and love seat are in the basement)

Walking through the LR, to the left is the Dining Room (set is on the way). Walls will be cleared.

In the back of the house are three bedrooms; we made the smallest into a walk-in closet. Open shelves are on the left. The rest of our belongings are being removed.

Walking back to the kitchen, the full bathroom (which will be renovated) is on your right.

And here's the kitchen (which is being upgraded). There'a also a large pantry right by kitchen.

I'm replacing the wall oven (barely seen on left) with a free-standing range/oven and the range (seen here to left of fridge) with a butcher block.

Neighbors are great and location is ultra-quiet.

Asking rental is $1700/month + utiliies (water, electric, oil) for an annual contract, subject to credit and reference check. First month's deposit is requested.
